In celebration of winter, community, and the art of documentary film making, all ages are welcome to enjoy a luminary snow hike and campfires, adventure documentary films, with food and warm drink. 

 

RAW is partnering with the FROZEN RIVER FILM FESTIVAL, and SAINT MARY'S UNIVERSITY of Minnesota (SMUMN) to have some fun AND raise money through sponsorships, donations, and a raffle.  Funds raised will support  the purchase of an accessible docking system at the City of Winona's Spillway Boat Launch.  This dock will assist paddlers of all abilities in enjoying the accessible backwaters of the Mississippi River.

This event is FREE!  Depending on the conditions, participants are invited to check-out micro spikes or snowshoes at the Saint Mary's University of Minnesota (SMUMN) building east of the Campground. 

Donations will be accepted.
